How we present nowocare to our customers in Germany

nowocare is a family business, which was founded by the polish father-in-law  and his German son-in-law in early 2018. Since then, the company has been growing steadily and now takes care of over 200 seniors and disabled people, in most parts of Germany. We are characterized by Polish diligence and commitment and German credibility and attention to detail. In nowocare we value people – both our clients and, above all, our co-workers, we understand that they are the most important part of the puzzle and that our success depends on them.

Cooperation with nowocare went perfectly from the very beginning, everything was taken care of quickly, departure next week on my phone, and the problems sorted out without complications on the spot.

I had experience in looking after my grandmother, now I have left nowocare 3 times and my German has improved a lot. Rates increase with each contract, quick help on site!

I have never worked as a babysitter, but I sent a CV and on the same day you called me back from recruitment. It turned out that without experience you can also, work is not difficult. She looks after very nice Mrs. Greta, nurses come to her three times a day. My duties are cooking, cleaning, shopping and keeping company with old ladies ... and for good money

Waleria I.
I was out of work because of Covid. I am already the second week in Dresden on a contract from this company and I can certainly recommend nowocare. They work quickly, honestly and concretely!

Bożena W.
My good friend recommended me to work at nowocare. I was afraid that I would not get a good contract with basic knowledge of German, but I am very satisfied with the working conditions. I will gladly come back for other dates
